Ideally you will have an accounting and a Tax qualification, but if you have plenty of experience of mixed tax work, please do get in touch, as relationship and commercial skills are equally important.

Real Estate client Tax Advisory would be very beneficial, but some key job requirements are as follows:

• Restructuring, including the UK tax implications of the restructure and preparing the necessary clearances to go to HMRC;
• Advising family offices and wealthy family on their affairs across all direct taxes
• Property structuring. Advising on property structuring, incorporation and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
• Undertaking tax due diligence reviews for company purchases;
