Rail Gourmet is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as On Board Host at Manchester.

Position: On Board Host 
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Shifts: Varied between 4.30 AM to midnight
Pay Rate: £ 12 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ON BOARD HOST:

• Provide an 'at seat trolley service' for customers on the TransPennine Express train network.
• Travel on assigned trains along a specific route, assisting passengers throughout their journey.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle Point of Sale transactions, manage stock, and adhere to Covid-19 guidelines.
• Work independently, achieving sales targets and consistently providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure contractual delivery is not compromised and meet all sales and promotional targets set by the Retail Manager.
• Accurately account for all stock and card transactions, comply with hygiene and Health & Safety standards on-board and in the Service Centre.
• Perform duties as directed in the Service Centre according to operational requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR ON BOARD HOST:

• Immediate Joiner 
• Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
