AddressStaffline is currently recruiting for an, Onsite Driving Account Manager based in, Kettering.
In this role, you will supply temporary workers to our client's incredibly successful driving and delivery business.
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday, the hours of work are 10am to 6pm.
Opportunities for flexible working are also available.
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per year based on skills and experience.

Experience in an HGV/logistics on-site recruitment environment would be a distinct advantage however, if you have transferrable skills from a transport/logistics background, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.
As the onSite Account Manager, you'll be adept at problem-solving and understand how to get the best out of people.

As an Account Manager, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, becoming the "go to" for day-to-day account management
- Respond to all incoming account inquiries, manage any requests or issues, and ensure full ownership until the conclusion
- Effectively managing your account pipeline and keeping online CRM up to date
- Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to your accounts
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Account Manager will have:
- A successful record of account management in a fast-paced (ideally on-site/driving) environment
- Experience in objections handling
- Ability to interpret data and create MI for clients
- Good communication skills - both written and spoken
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels of the industry
- Customer Relationship Management/Internal systems & MS Office skills
- Managing compliance requirements, ensuring your site is compliant against policies such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW) and Right to Work
- Building candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements
- Interviewing potential job candidates and performing relevant checks
- Undertaking performance reviews and working closely with operational teams
