We are based in Speke, Liverpool. You will be working with a senior account Manager looking after a work force of 80-100 staff. The site is production led, making car components for the automotive industry.
You will have worked previously as a team leader - account co Ordinator or supervisor.
The role is permeant with lots of opportunities to grow within the recruitment or production sectors.
This role is for a Recruitment co Ordinator Team lead - You will be based On site at Speke working between the hours of 6am - 6pm - shifts will be allocated to this working schedule of 8 hours a day. You will have a Mobile phone, laptop and be a point of contact On site to support our team On site. The role is office based - with some parts on the production areas learning the role to help you support and manage our staff On site.
People are at the heart of every part of our business. We are looking for a focussed people's person who has worked within a similar industry . Your role will be to work within our internal on-site team, closely with our account Manager delivering candidates experience in regard to their health and performance and managing stakeholder expectations in regards to managing a large operation of flexible employees. The role is varied and very rewarding.
As you will have been in a supervisory, team leader or manager capacity previously you will be familiar with productiOn sites, looking after people and being a main point of contact. Each member of staff On site has allocated shifts and direct leads - you will support this but not manage the production, only a proportion of staff On site as and when required.
Some of your responsibilities will include the following however this list is not exhaustive.
Acting as a "go to" On site representative for colleagues supporting them with queries on holidays, pay and shift allocation
Review and complete Return to work documents with staff and issue warnings if applicable
Record any meeting accurately & Complete absence and performance trackers
Discussions with workers On site at the request of the onsite team regarding performance - behaviour or attitudes that are hindering performance
Daily targets on recruitment of various staffing projects within our business
Collating data onto spreadsheets for Manager to review
Processing pay in absence of Account Manager
Replacing staff sick with others
Discussion on performance
Completing quarterly 121 with all staff
Check in staff on each shift.
Online and face to face interviews
Attend meetings On site
You will be familiar with excel and be used to creating spreadsheets and collating MI
Essential Skills
Efficient at Excel - and creating spreadsheets sand data
Evidence of dealing with staff discussions regarding performance
Recruitment - on boarding
Attending meetings and delivering presentations on projects
The role is Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday. There may be the odd weekend to work.
Location- Speke Liverpool
Hours - Shifts between 6am - 6pm
Days Monday - Friday
Pay 25K PA plus 250 minimum Monthly bonus if all KPIs are reached.
