The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable IT Support Engineer to join provide onsite technical support to our client's office based in central London. The successful candidate will be based in their London office, but occasional visits to our head office may be required.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years' experience within the IT support sector and be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in Active Directory, Desktop, 365 and end user support. You will have a high level of face-to-face end user soft skills to provide a high quality service directly to the end user.
Main Duties
- To provide a five-star support experience to our supported users
- Inbound support request diagnosis and resolution:
- IT - all issues affecting workstations, tablets, networks, Wifi etc.
- PC / Laptop / Mobile configuration and deployment
- Monitor and manage your ticket queue assigning the correct priority levels to all tickets.
- Create and Update Documentation and SOP's where appropriate.
Qualifications (Full sponsorship provided to study for and gain any of the below not already held)
- IT Support minimum 3 years' experience - essential
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) - desirable
- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100) - desirable
- Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (MS-101) - desirable
- Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) - desirable
- Team-player with a professional, friendly, can-do attitude - essential
