Job description

Reed are currently recruiting for an Onboarding Administrator to join our highly reputable company based in Peterborough.

The Onboarding Team is responsible for managing the process of transitioning a heat network development from the construction / retrofit stage, through to the provision of live heat metering, billing and prepayment services to residents and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To successfully manage a portfolio of schemes; including historic schemes and those in the process of going live, simultaneously setting up new residents whilst producing monthly reports on any void properties to ensure no residents are missed.
  • To manage deadlines and ensure scheme documentation is produced.
  • To keep comprehensive records of vital scheme information (such as meter reads/meter numbers) and keep scheme folders updated in a shared location.
  • To work closely with the Onboarding Team Leader to ensure any risks to scheme set up are identified early in the onboarding process.
  • To liaise with the Installations team to ensure that engineers are booked, performance is tracked, commissioning schedules are created, and any snags are resolved prior to first resident completion and keeping clients updated of scheme progress.
  • To ensure that residents are set up across all platforms within our SLA once completions have been received.
  • To provide Account Managers with prepay scheme reviews to enable successful, ongoing scheme management.
  • Ad hoc support across the wider Client Services department to help resolve any issues should they arise.
  • Perform any other duties that may reasonably be required or assigned by the Onboarding Team Leader
