What you’ll be doing
● Ensuring that all recruitment compliance requirements are carried out and met in line with regulations for any candidates that are being on boarded, including carrying out introductory calls with candidates to outline the onboarding process
● Ensuring that systems are updated and utilised for the onboarding and compliance of new candidates
● Effective candidate management; building relationships and ensuring that compliance is met in a timely manner
● Liasing with the Recruitment Team/Hiring Manager regarding the onboarding of new candidates and missing documentation
● Requesting all applicable references in line with regulations, ensuring that any concerns are highlighted to the Onboarding Partner Team Leader in a timely manner
