Salary: £60k - £90k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a reputable provider and developer of a Wealth Management Platform serving the financial services sector. They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe.

The Role:

As an experienced Project Manager to join as a Client Onboarding specialist for Cloud Insurance Platform, you will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams, overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.

Duties:

-Develop project plans for client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
-Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status.
-Collaborate with clients to understand unique requirements and manage configurations.
-Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on platform features.
-Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing any issues promptly.
-Ensure internal quality control meets expected standards.
-Identify and address issues or bottlenecks during the onboarding phase.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
-Experience in the Insurance Software, particularly with client onboarding.
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
-Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
-Prior experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions, insurance portfolio migration, JIRA, Confluence, and basic AWS knowledge (Beneficial).
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
-Ability to travel within the Eurozone.
