Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user journey, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.


About You

You're passionate about technology, with a keen eye for detail and a natural empathy towards user needs. You have excellent communication and listening skills, strong technical skills and the ability to flexibly problem solve on a case-by-case basis.


  • Demonstrable experience in a software onboarding or implementation specialist role preferably within the eLearning or SaaS industry.
  • A track record of successfully deploying software products based on client requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Confident presenting skills and the ability to learn new processes and constantly evolving software quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to maintaining high quality standards and enhancing user satisfaction.


About The Role

As a Product Experience Specialist at Omniplex Learning, you’ll play a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of our customer implementations and product knowledge needs, ensuring that project outputs align with our business strategy and user needs, driving product improvements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Implementing rollouts of our developing portfolio of Digital Learning products
  • Hosting and delivering workshops, coaching, and informal training to customers.
  • Understanding the user journey, interpreting, and documenting client requirements from Project Kick Off through to support handover.
  • Work on multiple projects at varying points in the onboarding process.
  • Following the implementation process and adapting it where needed.
  • Providing best practice and advice to clients to drive consistent improvement in their processes and programs.
  • Supporting existing customers with queries and support where required.
  • Assisting with pre-sales demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Support with RFP’s as required.
  • Understanding the marketplace and keeping up to date with industry trends.
