We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Online Education Advisor to join our team. As an Online Education Advisor, you will be responsible for recruiting students by going to where the conversations about online schools are happening; facebook groups, Mum's net groups, other social media, forums, online conferences etc. Full training and on-going mentoring given - no experience required.
You will be trained to provide guidance on course selection and program requirements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive educational experience for students. There are many online schools these days and this can be a confusing landscape for parents and there is very little face to face support available. Most families are relying on marketing blurb and hearsay to inform them about one of the most important decisions of their lives; finding the right school for their children.
Responsibilities:
- Present and communicate information about our Online Education programs to prospective and current students
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their educational goals and interests
- Educate students on program requirements, admissions process, and financial aid options
- Provide guidance on course registration, scheduling, and academic planning
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student concerns or issues
- Utilise technology to create engaging online materials - training and support given,
Qualifications:
- Educated to A Level standard preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal - must be able to spell correctly
- Ability to build rapport with students and provide exceptional customer service
