Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and qualified Online English Teachers to join our dynamic team. As an Online English Teacher at Bloom Buddies Academy, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students to develop their English language skills in a fun and supportive online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with Bloom Buddies Academy's curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their language learning experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use online teaching platforms.
