Online ESL Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach English language skills to students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and provide individualized instruction based on their needs
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance students' language acquisition
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and track their performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL certification preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Ability to effectively communicate with students of varying English proficiency levels
- Experience in tutoring or special education is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Salary: £17.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
