Job Role;
My client are seeking motivated and sales orientated Online Sales Advisors to join their growing team. You will;
- Use an online conversation platform to build rapport with customers and drive sales.
- Approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience.
- Be responsible for identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling to offer products and services that meet those needs.
- Be required to meet defined metrics for sales, compliance and customer experience.
- Offer outstanding customer service to drive great customer satisfaction.
- It will be a fast paced role so resilience is key - being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important.
- Strong IT and multitasking skills are essential as two chats are taken at the same time.
- Act with good conduct and within guidelines of the Finance Conduct Authority.
- Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.

Core competencies/Experience;
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent multitasking
- Business Development, ability to identify potential opportunities and secure/close opportunity.

Salary: GBP22,000 basic salary plus UNLIMITED COMMISSION (OTE GBP33,000+)
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Sunday, 8 hour shifts between 8am - 10pm
