We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service and sales administrator to join our Leeds based team . You will be dealing with sales order processing for both wholesale and retail from start to finish , book couriers and follow up deliveries .
The successful candidate will support sales online and offline by processing enquiries and orders from customers : using order processing software such as linnworks , virtual stock and sage line 50 .
The successful candidate will produce paperwork , labels and invoices for orders and co ordinate collections and deliveries with couriers .
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to progress directly to customer support and telesales .
The position is based in a warehouse office and our team is helpful , friendly , social and diverse – there will be plenty of support from all of us .
