We are looking for an Online Trading and Production Assistantto join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The role involves managing content across Jigsaw.com, collaborating with design, marketing, and photography teams to ensure timely content updates, seasonal refreshes, and backend organisation. Responsibilities also include overseeing promotional codes, embargos, and site improvements alongside the Business Transformation team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clear and concise briefs to the design team for content changes related to campaign launches, seasonal updates, and new services to ensure assets are ready for launch dates.
- Upload content across the Homepage, product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs), and Blogs using the Shopify back office.
- Create and manage new categories, oversee category hierarchy, internal search terms, and on-site navigation.
- Oversee and optimise website search functionality, including managing search terms, synonyms, and suggested results, ensuring an intuitive and efficient search experience.
- Generate and maintain discount codes for site-wide, influencer, and staff discounts while ensuring accurate tracking and performance insights.
- Manage the Shopify back office to ensure efficient system and app functionality.
- Collaborate with the Business Transformation team on website enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and testing website fixes.
- Conduct site assessments, competitive research and offer recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Support the Online Trading Manager in implementing the SEO roadmap, integrating suggestions from the SEO agency for copy and design enhancements.
- Assist the Online Trading Manager in daily and weekly reporting of sales and site performance using GA4 and internal reporting systems.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Flexibility to adapt to business/trade changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Interest in the fashion and retail industry with updated knowledge of key trends and technology.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and website management systems is preferable.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
