Challenge-trg Recruitment are one of the UK’S largest independent providers of drivers, logistics operatives, training and on-site solutions. We are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Swindon, SN5 7JF.
This position will be working on site for one of the UK’s Leading Supermarket Depots.
Days of work: 5 from 7 (will include weekend work)
Hours of work: 40hrs a week
Salary: £25,000 to £26,500 per annum.
This is a permanent position and you will be reporting to the Contract Manager
Roles & Responsibilities of an Onsite Recruitment Consultant:
- Recruiting and resourcing drivers
- Have a desire to meet targets and deadlines
- Exceed expectations set by the site Managers and Regional Manager
- Ensuring all drivers are compliant within the company’s standards
- Communication with site managers and logistics drivers
Our ideal candidate as an Onsite Recruitment Consultant:
- Good communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Meeting KPI deadlines and targets
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Have a good understanding of the usage of job boards and social media
- Flexibility and available to work at weekends
