We are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to work onsite at our Belfast office and remotely from your home office. There may also be occasional site visit requirements to our Londonderry client base, depending on the business needs.

As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of recruitment services for our client, in line with their specific requirements and SLA. You will attract, screen, and onboard associates, conduct in-person inductions and document validation, and handle queries from existing associates. You will also work closely with the Contract Manager and the internal teams to ensure a high-quality service and compliance with GDPR and Right to Work legislation.

• A great starting salary of £25,000 - £25,500 PA with annual pay reviews

• Experience of working within a people-focused role, this isn't limited to HR or recruitment
• Strong communication and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work to strict and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A can-do attitude
• Able to build exceptional relationships with colleagues, both internal and external
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages
