Who We're Looking For: Are you a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with experience in the care sector? If so, we want you to join our team! As an Operations Manager at Bloomcare, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery, working closely with our dedicated team of 5 Registered Managers at our care village to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Inspiring leadership and exceptional management skills
- Registered nurse with an active NMC pin number and unrestricted practice
- Proficiency in workforce planning, finance, and budget management
- In-depth knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector and current trends
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Safeguarding processes
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
- Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to delivering excellence in care
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence, implementing policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of high-quality care throughout our care village
- Provide guidance and support to our dedicated team of General Managers
- Lead efforts to achieve outstanding CQC standards through exemplary care delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed KPIs
- Ensure quality assurance systems is adhered to, conducting audits and creating action plans as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
- Champion and embed our company values throughout the organization
