Operational Administrator

Your new company
This well-known organisation is seeking 2 temp to perm Operational Administrators to join their team. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and development within the business too.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support and customer service within one of the teams there. This includes handling incoming calls, responding to emails, handling bookings, liaising with various stakeholders, updating the in-house system and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within administration and customer service will help you succeed in this role. You will be immediately available to start and can get to the office in Bredbury Monday - Friday. You are an excellent communicator and provide excellent service to your customers. You have great attention to detail and organisational skills too. You are able to effectively prioritise your workload and can work well in a busy and fast-paced environment. You're also PC literate and can pick up new processes easily.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent rate of £11.82 per hour plus holiday pay. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and when permanent, there is a great benefits package too. Free parking is available too. There is also a lot of opportunity for development and growth.
