Operational Excellence Analyst

We are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst to join our UK based Operations team. Reporting to the UK and Ireland Head of Operations and Strategy, you will support the steering of operational performance through production and close monitoring of operational and productivity KPIs and identification, steering and monitoring of initiatives to improve productivity.

What you will do:

- Usage of internal KPIs and report to identify ares of potential efficiency gains
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate results to AZ Trade stakeholders
- Supporting productivity governance (regular follow ups, meeting facilitation)
- Build and take ownership of productivity roadmap
- Build and maintain productivity catalogue and report to management team
- Quantify most important BN on IT Master Platform systems
- Be the Product Owner for Datahub
- Collaborate with Regional O&C and Group functions to design and implement solutions

What you will bring:

Mandatory expertise:
- Business Expertise
- Good knowledge of AZ Trade (or similar company) processes and organizational model and products/services offered
- Basic financial knowledge

Preferred:
Skills
- Highly results-oriented and able to independently manage relationship with many different stakeholders across variety of different topics.
- Comfortable to speak in front of groups (workshops)
- Change management experience and excellent communication skills
- Strong hands on approach
- Capacity to prepare a business case and get buy in when presenting it
- IT: Very strong Excel skills, experienced with digital tools to facilitate remote collaboration such as MS Teams. Experience with productivity apps under O365 suite are considered a plus
- Experience with LEAN methodology and business process management is considered a plus
- Project management experience
- High energy and willingness to drive change in a complex and multi-faceted, international environment.
