Basingstoke
Hybrid – 2 days a week in office

The Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for the Business Improvement Team. This role works closely with the Head of Business Transformation and is responsible for developing, implementing and driving the Scalable Growth plan. You will deliver on our strategic goals in an efficient way through process and technology improvements. To be successful in this position you will:

• Have a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop individuals to achieve success.
• Be able to partner with the business to implement and drive change
• Have experience in leading people/process work streams of small-medium projects preferred.
• Be analytical and use critical thinking in your approach
• Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team
• Have a proven ability to identify business issues, provide resolution and insight and challenge in a professional capacity.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Have a proven understanding of the impact of changes in a broad business
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to build strong relationships and to influence key stakeholders.
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
