Lydiard Hotel & Conference Centre are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and flexible Hotel Operational Duty Manager to join our professional team. You will use previously gained skills to ensure daily operations run smoothly providing a first class experience to all users and Guests.

Your next role

Responsibilities will include, daily operations and line supervision of front of house staff, and guest services, Alcohol license management, function room change overs, staff rostering, liaising with other colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless operation across all disciplines within the operation. Your enhanced customer service skills will cement you as a crucial member of our team. With your knowledge of licensing legislation, you will support the D.P.S. manage Health and Safety regulations and risk assessments, support our events team with event management duties.

Our operation requires a commitment to weekend working, late night shifts and a 5 over 7 shift pattern.

Previous experience in the Hotel, Hospitality and Customer Service Industry supervision/management is essential.

Candidates must be fluent in the English language, (as a requirement of part 7 of the immigration act) for the effective performance of a customer facing role.
