The Foyle Food Group requires an Operational Manager for our Retail packing facility, Foyle Ingredients, located on the Foyle Omagh site, 52 Doogary Road, Omagh Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland.The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager, coordinating with Shift Managers, Supervisors, Line Leaders, Technical and the Hygiene team to oversee the day-to-day running of the facility to ensure the on-time delivery of a premium product. .

Previous experience of co-ordinating / managing a team within a similar production environment. Working knowledge of red meat products.Effective communication skills.Ability to work in a pressurised environment.Target driven with the ability to work within set time constraints.
