Position: Hybrid
IO Associates seeks an Operational QA for the Stevenage site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Perform critical inspections, witness essential operations, and manage non-conformances to ensure product quality.
- Lead quality enforcement, prevent non-conformances, and drive cost reduction of poor quality.
- Review and provide feedback on quality procedures, conduct process audits, and ensure technical integrity in work instructions.
- Apply core values to foster a successful environment and uphold standards of integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.
Skills
- Recognized engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of Aerospace or Military industry experience in Production, Quality, or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and product assurance activities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Solid background in hardware inspection.
- Willingness to work shifts, be on-call, or work off-site.
- Knowledge of Space Quality standards is a plus.
