Your work environment: Majunga (La Défense) / Matignon (Paris 8)

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Chief Security Officer department, which covers Cyber security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Operational Resilience team.

You participate in the management of Operational Resilience program (Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management (CM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)) in compliance with AXA Group Standards.

Your contribution: 

  • Business Coordination
    • Participate in updating the business impact analysis, maturity and risk assessments
    • Participate in the assessment of critical third parties
    • Monitor action and remediation plans
    • Participate in BCM and CM tests and exercises
    • Use and maintain the tools deployed for BCM and CM
  • ITSCM
    • Participate in the implementation of the ITSCM Strategy
    • Contribute to the development, deployment and compliance to the ITSCM Policy
  • Awareness
    • Participate in raising awareness of Operational Resilience correspondents, business Managers, support functions and staff to ensure that they are aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures

Your Profile
  • Business school or university master's degree (Bac +4 or +5)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Dynamic, proactive, organized
