The overall purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional communication and reporting to all internal customers. To ensure telephone, email enquiries and 1:1 request are handled confidently, efficiently and professionally.

· Experience of a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
· Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
· A flexible approach to the work environment including the ability to engage with colleagues but also be able to work on own initiative.
· The ability to work swiftly and accurately.
· Must be able to record data accurately.
· Must be organized as there is very little room for error.
· Liaise with Production in relation to deliveries and despatch times.
