Salary: £22,200 - £26,400

Location: Cambridge/ Hybrid

Contract: Fixed Term Contract- ends March 2025


This is an exciting opportunity to join the IELTS Operations team here at Cambridge English. The team supports the delivery of IELTS tests across all platforms through a wide variety of processes and tasks, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and our external partner colleagues alike.

About the role

You will be expected to deliver an agreed set of operational processes and procedures related to IELTS tests. These duties will also include the following:

  • using a wide range of systems and processing platforms to carry out assigned tasks and ensure the successful delivery of IELTS tests
  • working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders, including service providers, to ensure the successful delivery of all IELTS Tests
  • reviewing and processing of customer or Partner queries in Zendesk
  • ensuring that all communications with IELTS internal and external customers are clear, informative, timely, and relevant to the recipients
  • identifying ways of developing processes to either simplify the existing process, reduce the amount of time spent processing or improve the level of customer service

About you

You will have experience of providing high-quality administrative services using Microsoft Office products;

  • excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
  • prioritising your workload to achieve a number of tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the IELTS test portfolio
  • experience of continuous process improvement is desirable but not essential.
