Operations Administrator

We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to provide essential support to our operations director and site managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of operations through effective administrative and financial support.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide a range of administrative support functions for the office and region.
- Create and collate monthly financial reporting documents, including cost to completes, revenue/Invoice forecast, and other required financial reports.
- Utilise financial systems to review and update costs, ensuring timely and accurate management reports.
- Assist the operations manager by reviewing booking packages and assigning project managers.
- Submit purchase order requests as needed for operational requirements.
- Approve slips and invoices up to an agreed figure.
- Conduct occasional site visits for documentation verification.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in administrative support, within a similar role.
