SalaryOur client based in Stroud, who are part of a well-established group of clinical specialists providing assessment and treatment services throughout the UK, are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their small and friendly team. Key responsibilities:
- Assist in processing cases, and liaising with clients and clinicians to ensure smooth running of cases.
- Build relationships with customers and psychologists/therapists to ensure smooth flow of ongoing work and collaborative relationship.
- Assist in ensuring both the qualifications and legal documentation are up-to-date and maintained
- Carry out routine operational tasks related to cases.
- Provide necessary operational functions, including dealing with enquiries and emails relating to new and ongoing cases.
- Chase responses from psychologists to comply with service standards.
Candidate Attributes:
- Be resourceful with drive, determination and enthusiasm.- Ability to problem solve and make decisions confidently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £24k depending on experience + casual dress + free onsite parking + company bonus scheme
