As an Operations Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role offers a clear progression path for career development within the organization.
We are looking for charismatic, outgoing individuals for this role who upon successful completion of training and demonstrating proficiency in the role, you will have the opportunity to advance to higher-level positions within the operations department.
Package Details:
- £21,000 – £24,000 + Annual bonus
- 20 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and handling administrative tasks directly alongside the director.
- Support the operations team in implementing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports to track operational performance.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Booking in materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
