Position: Operations Administrator


Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities: As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the business. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and booking freelancers
  • Scheduling crew
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Managing a comprehensive database of crew and equipment
  • Liaising with clients for accreditation, inductions, and site access
  • Monitoring working hours
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Performing reconciliation tasks
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facilities
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Previous experience in an administrative operational background is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with Xero is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and adapt to changing circumstances
