We are working with a truly lovely organisation, who have recently opened up an office in London, to recruit for a new Operations Analyst to join their team.
The company produce luxury products that help their customers realise their potential and create positive changes in their lives. I definitely spent my lunch break browsing through their products and reading through their many blogs articles that breed positivity and gratitude.
In total, the company have 17 staff. 5 are remote and the rest work on a hybrid basis from home and from their central London offices.
As they are a fairly new company, they are going to be growing quite a lot within the next couple of years and currently, they describe themselves as operationally young. This means they are looking for someone who cannot only flourish in chaos but can create order out of chaos.
You will be joining an Operations team of 2 – the Operations Director and Operations Associate.
This role will supporting the Operations and Logistics team in an analytical capacity. We are looking for someone who has previous experience as an analyst within a logistics or planning department within a retail or ecommerce company.
You will be an Excel/Google Sheets ninja and it’d be a huge benefit if you have experience implementing inventory management tools (they don’t current have an inventory management system in place).
This would very much suit somebody who is looking for their second or third job out of university/post studying.
It would really help to have an affiliation with their products as their values are incorporated to your every day. They have daily stand-ups where every person tells the team what they are grateful for.
Benefits include:
• Hybrid and flexible working. You will work a 40-hour working week and if you’re an early bird, they’re happy for you to start at 8am and work until 5pm, but if you’re not, you can start later
• In 2025, they are looking to introduce performance-based bonuses across the company and so this is a benefit you can look forward to.
• 24 days holiday (20 days with an additional 4 days in the summer) + bank holidays – increasing of 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 5 days
• Team lunches - every Wednesday they have a team lunch and one Wednesday a month, they go out to a local restaurant for lunch.
