WHAT YOU’LL DO
Investor communications
Onboarding and KYC checks across Investors
Manage client/contact information and correspondence
Manage ledgers and reconciliations in Xero
Manage CRM
Support with compliance
Support with company secretary duties
Process expenses
Support with governance
Manage client events and company offsites
General OM, meeting booking and presentation prep

Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Top organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented and highly discreet
Strong MS Office skills especially Excel
This role is paying up to £45k (DOE), a discretionary bonus and hybrid working.
