Operations Assistant

Cordwallis Group are seeking an Operations Assistant within our Parts Department at our busy Heathrow base.

The successful applicant will join a proactive team of talented and dedicated professional parts people. This role is crucial to the background operations, ensuring parts can be distributed quickly and accurately to customers and stock levels are kept at suitable levels.

This role would suit someone who is accurate with numbers, can speak and write in English Language and has basic computer skills such as number input and Microsoft Outlook/Excel . You will think on your feet, be happy to work as part of a team or on your own, have a can-do attitude and most of all be conscientious, accurate and willing to learn.

Candidates will be self starters, driven, have a genuine interest in commercial vehicles, wanting to gain experience in the commercial vehicle parts industry and keen to progress in our ever growing operation.

You will work with world renowned brands and have the opportunity to progress where opportunity arises.

A forklift licence would be a benefit, but is not essential.

Hours - 44 per week 8.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch plus

1 in 3 Saturday mornings 7am to 12 Noon - hours averaged over the year as above (44 hours per week in total inc Sats)
