Salary £28,000 - £35,000
Aztec West, free parking
Duties include:
- Organising meetings and events
- Supporting the Operations Manager
- Invoicing and expenses
- Answering the telephones
- Updating the company social media and LinkedIn
- Booking travel for staff and creating itineraries
- Stationery ordering
You will need:
- Previous administration experience
- To be organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be able to prioritise your workload
- Flexible in your approach and able to adapt and grow within the business
- To have excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
