Location: Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park, FK9 4UR

Salary: £ 9.20 p/h - £12.82 p/h (based on age)

Day-to-day duties

As an Operations Assistant you’ll be hardworking, observant, enthusiastic and confident. You’ll be responsible for the high standard of presentation that’s always expected throughout the park.

Your duties will include:

·         Litter picking throughout the park

·         Grass cutting, weeding and sweeping and/or leaf blowing

·         Emptying bins and removing waste from departments for recycling

·         Operating the entrance gates of the animal reserves and supervising vehicles as they pass through the Drive Thru sections

·         Working throughout the Park undertaking duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the operation

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

·         Experience in Facilities Maintenance (desirable but not essential)

·         Ability to work on your own or as part of a team outside in all weather

·         Experience of working with the general public in a customer-facing role

·         A full clean driving licence (desirable but not essential)
