Key responsibilities
(1) Finance:
- Running our finance processes, including supplier forms, purchase orders and invoicing Running cash reconciliation in Xero
(2) People & HR:
- Support management with recruiting and training our exceptional team Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of the team
(3) Tech & IT:
- Be responsible for our hardware, including setting up laptops and coordinating fixes Deliver induction training on the basics of our tech setup (Google Workspace etc) Assist the team with account access
(4) Operations:
- Working with the team on new initiatives to improve our systems, processes and operations Working with senior leadership to organise key events and manage scheduling
Benefits:
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Start Date: Flexible
Working hours: Flexible
Travel & Team days: we get together in person in London 6 times a year for strategy, fun and food. If based remotely, you also have a “flexi” day each year, so you can expense travel to meet with others in your team.
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays. This increases by one day each year up to 30 days and you can buy back up to 5 days to a total of 30.
Location: UK fully remote or London Hybrid (with 1+ days in the office per week)
