My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Ops BA with experience in financial services. The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours. The role will be for a 12-month contracting position.
Job Description:
The Collateral Operations transformation and change team drives drives and facilitates the the change agenda for Global Markets Collateral Operations. The team works with Collateral LOBs and Technology to identify and prioritize new business ideas and ensure cross product and efficient solutions are delivered with no impact to risk or stability. In addition, the team supports enterprise or industry change which impacts Collateral Operations BAU processing.
Skills & experience.
Expertise preferably in a Global Markets Operations role with experience of having worked on a change initiative with strategic deliverables required.
Collateral knowledge beneficial but not essential.
Confident communicator who will drive process forward independently whilst seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
Responsibilities:
Capture and maintain new pipeline ideas and initiatives raised by Collateral Operations teams implement a governance framework, create new business cases and source Tech estimates. Provide ad-hoc support across GCO OPEX and Transformation projects.
