Operations Co-Ordinator

Your new company
You will be joining a successful company in the service sector who have an excellent reputation in their industry and are looking to recruit 4 Operations Coordinators to their team due to continued growth. These job roles are available on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis.
Your new role
Your role is centred around ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business by scheduling engineers to attend appointments. This will include ensuring that all information on the job management system is updated and correct, as well as completing general administrative duties for the contracts, including billing and preparing reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Prior experience working in an administrative role
• The ability to multitask and prioritise

• £22,500 - £25,000 equivalent salary, depending on experience
• 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
• 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility on start and finish times

• Expected temporary duration: 8 - 12 weeks
