You will be responsible for overseeing the Rental division, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will also lead the operations team, with 10 direct reports across the country, including first and second line management of Contracts Managers and Site Managers. You will ensure projects are well coordinated, with involvement from conception to completion.

The role:

• Ensure projects are delivered within set timelines and to budget
• Manage the operations team, with 10 direct reports
• Coordinate and manage departments to ensure project requirements are clearly set out by all parties
• Lead projects from sales launch up to handover and aftercare
• Manage the commercial and contractual elements of projects
• Ensure site delivery teams manage HSE effectively
• Train the operations team to work in a client centric manner, forming strong client relationships
• Report monthly on operational performance

The person:

• Operations or Construction Manager
• Background / experience in either Modular, Design & Build or Main Contracting Construction
• Knowledge of JCT D&B and NEC3
