Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote working
Salary: 13.50 an hour
Contract: Temporary, 6-months
Working Hours: Part time Mon to Fri 13:00 - 17:00
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home with an internet connection while contributing to a dynamic work environment. Our client is a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services to more than 90 percent of the Fortune 500, serving small business, retail, enterprise, and government clients around the world.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently conduct data input tasks from a remote location.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal sales and service teams through virtual channels.
- Assist with general administrative duties remotely as needed.
Maintain documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in remote data entry.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Superior communication skills and a customer centric approach, even in a virtual setting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively while working remotely.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
