SalaryJuice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a bespoke luxury brand, with the appointment of a Operations Coordinator to join their team. Their vibrant and modern offices are located near Keynsham.
This well established company offer an exceptional service, going above and beyond for their customers. With this in mind, they are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual with a customer-focused approach to match their core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the smooth running of various projects.
- Being the first point of contact to discuss services and advise.
- Coordinating diaries and ensuring group check lists are complete.
- Diary management for appointments and conducting showroom visits.
- Ensuring equipment is ordered and delivered to the site.
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships.
- Providing quotes and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have previous coordination experience, at least 3+ years. You will have excellent communication skills, be exceptionally organised and have the ability to multitask.

- You will be working in office full time, so must be able to commute daily.
