Who will I be working for?

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for providing effective coordination to support the delivery of programmes.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The role sits within the Professional Services department.

  • Provide a high-quality coordination service to ensure programmes run smoothly both online and in person.
  • Collaborate with the wider Professional Services team and other departments of the business, to provide the best customer focused service.
  • Ensure customers receive a high quality, professional pre to post event/ programme experience.
  • Coordinate virtual workshop delivery via Zoom.
  • Responsibility for the assembly, packing and shipping of materials to be used.
  • Collate and distribute all supporting programme information.
  • Act as key point of contact throughout the duration of a programme, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and stored.
  • Take ownership of any client queries received, demonstrating flexibility in communication style and appropriate time management skills.
  • Monitor and manage customers’ programme qualification status.
  • Prepare accurate invoices in accordance with company invoicing procedure, including chasing expenses and other costs where appropriate.
  • Keeping a commercial mindset by minimising external spend.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Numerate and literate to a high standard.
  • Experience of working within a commercial environment which has involved customer service.
  • Experience of liaising with key stakeholders of differing communication styles.
  • Computer literate with intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good prioritisation skills.

What else do I need to know?

This is a permanent 12-month contract. 22.5 hours per week, working Tuesday-Thursday. Some adjustment to hours may be possible to accommodate those requiring flexibility. Fully remote working considered.
