We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Director to join us, where you’ll lead our operational Contact Centre and Collections teams. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be entrusted with crafting and delivering an innovative operational strategy. Your aim will be to enhance our already exceptionally high customer service standards whilst refining our operational delivery.
Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. Through your leadership, we'll embark on a journey of cultural enhancement, innovation and efficiency, driving transformative change.

About you
- First and foremost, you will be a proven operational leader with experience in leading contact centre operations within a regulated industry.
- You’ll have worked at a Senior Leadership level in your prior roles.
- You have a stellar track record of leadership, demonstrating prowess in steering large, multifaceted teams toward success.
- You’re able to craft and deliver a compelling vision that resonates with stakeholders and propels organisational strategy forward.
- You have exceptional relationship-building skills and a knack for navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with finesse.
- You’re experience in driving change and innovation, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on transformative opportunities.
- You’re a strategic thinker, coupled with astute analytical skills and a knack for financial management.
- Experience in the Insurance/ Credit Hire industry would be highly desirable.
