I have partnered with a rapidly growing e-commerce brand who are seeking an Operations Directors. This is a pivotal role in the organisation, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, ensuring efficiency and the highest service levels for our customers as we continue to scale. This role will form part of the senior leadership team.
Day to Day of the Operations Director:
- Oversee daily operations of the business across multiple departments such as: customer service, warehouse, logistics & HR.
- Drive operational performance, meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the business.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Work closely with founders and other Directors to develop and execute business strategies and growth plans for the business.
- Contribute to product and market expansion strategies.
- Build detailed reporting models to support expansion and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Operations Director:
- Demonstrable success in a previous Operations Director role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on organisational and culture development.
- Experience managing various areas of a business including customer service departments & warehouse/logistical processes.
- Expertise in managing people, resources, and leading complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and business management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
