Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As an Operations Duty Manager you will be reporting directly to the Reception Manager. Your role will be incredibly exciting, quite often varied and will involve creative thinking with a decisive attitude. You will be leading the team to deliver an exemplary service to our members and guests; a service which boasts personalisation, empathy and charm.
