This is a varied role where the whole team mucks in but ultimately you will be in the driving seat to make it all happen. As the Operations & Events Manager, you will be:

• Leading a team of Wedding and Event Planners to deliver exceptional events
• Delivering against commercial requirements and budgets
• Implement strategy and ideas
• Maintain and build new supplier relationships
• Attend network events and exhibitions
• Deliver Marketing campaigns
• Manage stock and costings
• Help impliment a new CRM System
• Work with the senior Management team to deliver on the new Accommodation Project

As the Operations & Events Manager, you will have:

• Commercial awareness and negotiating ability
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Events experience 
• Flexibility in working hours
• Be able to drive and have own car
