This position is all about providing a first-class service and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our client's customers' dream holidays. They specialise in walking holidays and are unique in their product. They are part of a wider travel business and really are one of the most respected employers in the industry.
Operations Executive What will I be doing?
- As an Operations Executive, you will have a lot of plates to spin. You'll be communicating with customers, sorting out their travel plans, and ensuring any last-minute changes are handled seamlessly.
- You will also be the point person for resolving any travel hiccups, ensuring everyone's satisfaction.
- Coordinating with suppliers to book arrangements and managing accommodation bookings are also key tasks.
Operations Executive - What experience do I need?
- To excel in this role, our client needs solid experience in customer service but more important that that is a positive can-do attitude.
- You will need excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- If you speak a second language of Italian, French, German or Spanish that will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a must, given the multitude of tasks involved. Quick thinking and attention to detail are essential for navigating any challenges that arise. And being comfortable with some weekend work on a rota and tech-savvy are definite pluses.
