Salary Operations Graduate Programme
Location: Various locations across central Scotland and Northern Scotland
The Role
3 extraordinary years – our Operations Graduate Programme will give you the training, project and line management experience to be part of the future leadership team of Chivas Brothers.
Over three exciting years, you’ll develop management skills, gain valuable experience and training across a variety of Operations Functions such as Distillation in whisky and gin, Maturation, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, Bottling and Distribution.
Throughout the programme you will have exposure to a variety of projects and work experience such as:
- Improving operational efficiencies of key assets such as a high-speed bottling lines or at a distillery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
- Energy and Sustainability projects.
- Project management.
- Team leadership experience.
- New product development.
All of this will be underpinned with a comprehensive training and development programme.
All about you
We are looking for Honours (or above) graduates in STEM and Supply Chain and Logistics subjects who are confident and self-assured in their abilities.
A positive, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic attitude is essential. We need graduates who will be equally effective working as part of a team and working independently – so expect to take the initiative and make things happen under your own direction. On top of that you will have a passion to learn and be focused on a career in Operations or Engineering.
Industry experience and/or completion of an Industrial Placement will also be desirable, but not essential.
