About the role
ENGIE are recruiting for an Operations Learning & Development Managerbasedin Leeds . This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, create and deliver high quality training initiatives & modules
- Modify or create training material to meet specific training needs
- Monitor existing training material, process and procedures and manuals to ensure they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary
- Be involved in the design and implementation of induction training (structure and content) for new employees.
- Support the creation of a platform for training materials in Operations
- Support and help drive Operations to deliver high performance and quality through training, post training follow up, reviews and feedback
- Utilise and liaise third parties to create training materials when required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Training Officer or Training Manager position
- Experience of delivering high-quality training initiatives
- CIPD accredited training qualification or equivalent / Graduate level qualification
- Proven ability to interact credibly with key stakeholders in the business at all levels
- Experience of working within an operational environment
- Experience of working within the energy industry is desirable
- Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving targets
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
