Exciting Opportunity: Operations Learning & Development Manager in Leeds

About the role

ENGIE are recruiting for an Operations Learning & Development Managerbasedin Leeds . This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Formulate, create and deliver high quality training initiatives & modules
  • Modify or create training material to meet specific training needs
  • Monitor existing training material, process and procedures and manuals to ensure they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary
  • Be involved in the design and implementation of induction training (structure and content) for new employees.
  • Support the creation of a platform for training materials in Operations
  • Support and help drive Operations to deliver high performance and quality through training, post training follow up, reviews and feedback
  • Utilise and liaise third parties to create training materials when required

 

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in a Training Officer or Training Manager position
  • Experience of delivering high-quality training initiatives
  • CIPD accredited training qualification or equivalent  /  Graduate level qualification
  • Proven ability to interact credibly with key stakeholders in the business at all levels
  • Experience of working within an operational environment
  • Experience of working within the energy industry is desirable
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving targets
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • A commitment to developing other
